Smoke on the Square 2013 – Franklin, IN – On the Scene City360.tv is “On the Scene” in Franklin , In.  Host Alexis Young with special guest, Buffalo Clifford from the band Angel and the Preacher. Great people, great food, great music and a great tribute to the young, late Chef David Harness. Smoke on the square is a BBQ Competition in memory of David Harness.
