Smoke on the Square 2013 – Franklin, IN – On the Scene

City360.tv is “On the Scene” in Franklin , In.  Host Alexis Young with special guest, Buffalo Clifford from the band Angel and the Preacher. Great people, great food, great music and a great tribute to the young, late Chef David Harness.

Smoke on the square is a BBQ Competition in memory of David Harness. This KCBS Sanctioned event and State Championship Contest includes a $6,000 total purse.  Participating teams battled in 4 categories: Pork Shoulder, Chicken, Pork Ribs, and Brisket.
