Dairy Free Tzatziki Dip
2 cups plain coconut milk yogurt 1 ½ cups peeled and chopped cucumber 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill 2 tsp minced garlic ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp sea salt
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Serve with raw carrots, celery or whole wheat pita chips.
